CREW ENDORSEMENT

A foreign Administration which recognizes a seafarer’s certificate of competency issued under the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) shall endorse such certificate to attest its recognition.

 

Certificates of Endorsement (CoE) are required when employed on foreign flagged ships and apply to Certificates of Competency and GMDSS certificates. Some flag states require endorsement of Ship Security Officer and Tanker certificates. Please contact us for further information.
